Our Story
We love camping and being in the outdoors. We wanted to create a place that a person could relax. It's so peaceful to sit by the pond and watch the fish play. Lots of trees make it easy to enjoy a hammock. There is a nice area to take a stroll around the park and several spots for a picnic.

We offer a country setting with easy access to the highway and modern conveniences. The nearest I-40 exit is the 101, here you will find a gas station and convenience store as well as 2 liquor stores. Walmart is a 10 minute drive away and there are a number of options for your dining pleasure in the surrounding areas.

We are located about 6 miles from the Ed Gordon Point Remove Wildlife Management Area.
There are several lakes and the Arkansas river all within 30 minutes of the park.

Our address is, 805 Talley Lane Atkins, Arkansas, located just 3.6 miles off of I-40. Take the 101 exit and go west on Highway 64, 2.8 miles. Keep an eye out for the Green Talley Lane road sign on the right. Once you are on Talley Lane, it's just a short drive, about 0.8, of a mile. Our park is located on the left side of the road. The driveway is easy in and out. One way traffic makes coming and going as smooth as possible.

Our location offers a relaxing place to stay during outages. We are located about 25 minutes from Nuclear One and the Green Bay Packing Paper Mill.

Campground Rules
Camp At Your Own Risk
Park is not responsible for accidents, injuries, deaths, lost, damaged or stolen property, unless there is intent to do harm by owner or staff.
Rv's, Motorhomes, or Campers that are 20 years or older will need to be approved before arrival. This can be done by sending a couple of photos. Does not apply to overnight only stays.
Campfires permitted in supplied fire rings only when no burn ban is in effect.
Trash should be placed in supplied containers.
Quiet time between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am.
Pets should be on a leash and in your control.
Clean up after pets.
Campers are responsible for their children, pets, and guests. Guest under
12 shall be under direct adult supervision at all time
No swimming.
Vehicles must stay on graveled surfaces.
Temporary campsites only. No permanent structures at your site.
No illegal activities will be tolerated. There will be no refund and camper will be asked to leave or towed at campers expense.
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at their discretion.
It is understood that park owner assumes no responsibility for private property left in the RV Park
and is hereby expressly released and discharged from any and all liability for any loss, injury or damage to person or property,due to acts of God, nature, or man, which my be sustained during the term of this agreement.
